Key Responsibilities
- * Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- * Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff
- * Support nurses with basic clinical tasks and patient care procedures
- * Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity at reputed company times
- * Maintain clean and organized patient rooms and care areas
- * Respond promptly to patient needs and call lights
- * Follow infection control protocols and reputed company safety standards
- * Document care activities accurately and in a timely manner
- Required Skills and Qualifications
