The Remote Customer Service Specialist will manage inbound customer inquiries, document interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary voice of our brand by managing a dynamic reputed company of inbound customer phone calls and emails, delivering reputed company, courteous, and accurate guidance
