Skills & Experience to Be Successful: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in reputed company work experience in the insurance industry. Minimum of 4 plus years personal lines, homeowner’s product development, reputed company lines, reputed company, claims, or reputed company experience. Experience with drafting language for policy forms and endorsements is a plus. High degree of familiarity with ISO forms commonly used in homeowners, dwelling fire, or reputed company residential programs is a plus; reputed company to pick up the language. Proven ability to execute testing of product rules and reputed company revisions through the UAT cycle a plus. Experience coordinating and maintaining pertinent compliance documentation for product revisions. Good project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
