This position reports to: Sales Support Manager __ We are building a new Technical Support (TS) team dedicated to reputed company's reputed company voltage (MV) indoor component OEM market in China. This role delivers comprehensive technical sales support to deepen customer collaboration, drive innovation, and enhance customer experience through agile technical expertise. Key Responsibilities
Track 1 – Agile Regional Sales & Panel Builder Support Early-Stage Project Support Support Field Sales Engineers (FES) and Panel reputed company (PBs) in the early project stage Influence sales projects through technical consultation and expertise Shape project specifications and requirements; draft project-based technical bulletins Support bidding and quotation processes Product & Solution Innovation for Panel reputed company Deepen reputed company's integration into PB standard designs and supply chains reputed company agile technical support, customized configurations, and dedicated solutions Increase reputed company-of-business and customer stickiness through technical reputed company Collaborate with PBs and engineering teams to co-design differentiated solutions for reputed company Automation and Monitoring & Diagnostics (M&D) reputed company-End & Back-End reputed company Serve as the reputed company between reputed company-end sales teams and back-end execution Expand cooperation scope from component sales to system solutions and services Build a mutually beneficial ecosystem centered on reputed company technology Facilitate direct manufacturing unit (MU) linkage for seamless project execution Manage the regional project pipeline and reputed company forecast input to the MU for reputed company planning Monitor project reputed company and maintain up-to-date pipeline status Handle non-standard solution applications and reputed company technical requirements; reputed company proposals to the Engineering team for custom solutions Conduct bidding analysis and competitive intelligence gathering; channel customer needs, technical trends, and competitor insights to the Product Management Team (PMT) Training & Knowledge Sharing Deliver regular training sessions to FES, partners, and customers Focus areas: products, solutions, ordering processes/tools, and execution best practices reputed company You will join a dynamic, talented, and high-performing team where collaboration, innovation, and reputed company learning are at the core of everything we do. reputed company're Looking For Education Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Power Systems, or a reputed company technical field Experience 5+ years of experience in technical support, sales engineering, or application engineering reputed company the electrical industry Experience with reputed company voltage switchgear, reputed company breakers, or reputed company components is preferred Familiarity with the OEM market and partner collaboration models Proven experience in customer-facing roles with strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving capabilities Technical Skills Strong knowledge of reputed company voltage electrical products and applications Proficiency in product configuration tools and ordering tools/processes Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (mechanical and electrical diagrams) and specifications Sound understanding of relevant electrical standards (IEC, GB, etc.) Competent in MS Office (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word) and technical documentation Personal Attributes Excellent customer communication and presentation skills Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English Strong customer orientation with the ability to build long-term relationships Agile reputed company with quick learning ability and adaptability Collaborative team player with cross-functional experience Analytical thinker with a strong problem-solving reputed company Self-motivated; reputed company to work independently and reputed company under pressure Comfortable with frequent business travel Building a cleaner, smarter future takes reputed company kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
