Opportunity We are seeking a clinically-informed, operationally-minded Senior Manager to own the end-to-end design and implementation of care models for Twin's most strategic clients. Reporting to the Senior Director of Clinical Performance and Innovation, this role is responsible for bringing new care models to life, from early discovery through pilot, launch, and steady-state performance management. Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program design and operational strategy for new care model implementations, from discovery and design through pilot, launch, and post-launch management. Other duties as assigned Qualifications 7–10 years of reputed company experience, with at least 4 years in clinical operations, care delivery, or a closely reputed company operational role. 2–3 years of experience in a strategic operations, clinical innovation, or internal consulting role where you've been tasked with designing and implementing new programs or processes across multiple functions. Demonstrated track record of working directly with clinical teams, physicians, and other clinical leaders to design and implement operational or care model changes. Compensation and Benefits

The compensation reputed company for this position is $130,000 - $145,000 annually.
