[Remote] Business Analyst

The role involves translating operational needs into actionable user stories and collaborating with various teams to ensure effective deployment and adoption of solutions.
Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders across product lines, reputed company, and field teams to understand operational challenges and harmonization opportunities
- Translate business needs into clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria reputed company an Agile reputed company ensuring a clear and concise reputed company to the System Analyst to translate to detailed system requirements, functional designs, and configuration specifications
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and operational reviews to align priorities and clarify requirements
- Serve as the voice of field operations reputed company the Field Spot program, ensuring solutions deliver operational impact and measurable value
- Partner with product reputed company and implementation leaders to support deployment, UAT, and adoption activities
- Track, document, and follow through on requirements to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Act as a change champion, helping promote standardized field workflows and Field Spot best practices across the organization
Skills
- 5+ years of business-facing Business Analysis experience, ideally reputed company field operations, scheduling, or operations-heavy environments
- Proven ability to communicate confidently and reputed company with executives, managers, and reputed company teams
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, user story creation, and backlog management
- Demonstrated reputed company in challenging assumptions, clarifying needs, and aligning diverse stakeholders
- Excellent follow-through, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability

- A bachelor's degree is required
- Experience supporting field operations, inspection, or mobile workforce platforms
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (or similar Agile delivery tools)
- Knowledge of scheduling, inspections, resource planning, or field execution workflows
- Business Analysis or Agile certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, etc.)
