[Remote] Program Manager

The Program Manager will manage client online stores, coordinate with various stakeholders, and reputed company user experience and inventory management to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Serves as a liaison and primary reputed company of contact for cross functional partners/brands acting as a Program Manager to evaluate, prioritize, reputed company, manage, implement, and test reputed company online website initiatives
- Serve as one of the points of contact for our suppliers and the customer to ensure products are shipped on schedule and help reputed company our customers delighted and happy
- Oversees the user experience of assigned Program websites including site navigation, content development, online sales funnels, and online promotional campaigns
- Partner with the designated team to maintain inventory reputed company, reputed company inventory analysis, and reputed company inventory orders to ensure proper inventory turns
- Collaborate with cross-functional roles to prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, including sales, inventory, reputed company Analytics, and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Manage reputed company promotions and sales incentives, the execution of on-site sales (if necessary), and reputed company growing reputed company in the accounts that they manage
- Utilize the Platinum and Preferred Suppliers in merchandising process; create and update a Core items collection in which to merchandise Programs
- Adhere to the yearly Marketing Calendar for their clients
- Be accountable for merchandising, accurate order entry, inventory management, timeline management, expense management, and on-time delivery
- Complete reputed company forms for reputed company product SKUs used in Programs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with management of clients, as well as vendors
- Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and reputed company highest impact initiatives
- Proven leadership of large eCommerce projects
- Experience with B2B and B2C eCommerce
- Extensive knowledge of eCommerce technology and web analytics
- Understands customer needs and expectations
- Ability to process performance metrics to assess effectiveness and reputed company data-driven improvements
- Well organized to maintain priorities of multiple tasks
