[Remote] Solutions Consultant

The Solutions Consultant will play a crucial role in the pre and post-sales cycle, working closely with Account Executives to configure and demonstrate products that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• reputed company with executives, senior management, and clients reputed company and reputed company the organization, serving as a technical resource and providing pre-sales technical and functional support to internal teams and external clients and prospects

• Manage and set customers’ expectations during the software buying cycle
• reputed company direction and knowledge in applying reputed company Software benefits to reputed company partners, timekeepers, accountants, and firm admins
• Collaborate with and support Account Executives during the sales process, including planning calls, technical demonstrations, product reputed company deep-dives, implementation overviews, and more
• Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, partners and colleagues; build working knowledge of competing products and how to technically sell against them
• Record data from customer facing calls to reputed company insights on trends in the market
• Work with product management to reputed company feedback about requested product enhancements from customers and prospects

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical field
• 4 or more years' reputed company experience with reputed company software applications including requirements analysis, design, and documentation is a plus
• Ability to assimilate reputed company reputed company and detailed information into elegant written, spoken and visual communications
• Ability to facilitate discussions, reputed company meetings and present to large, cross-functional groups
