[Remote] Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Cascade Receivables Management (CRM) is a leading financial services company providing accounts receivable liquidity solutions. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, overseeing financial infrastructure, debt financing, and risk management while ensuring long-term financial stability.

Responsibilities

• Capital Stack Management
• Lender reputed company: Manage relationships with senior and mezzanine lenders. Negotiate credit agreements, amendments, and intercreditor agreements
• Covenant Compliance: Own the borrowing reputed company calculation and monthly compliance certificates. Proactively model covenant tests to foresee and prevent breaches or distress
• Cash reputed company Forecasting: Work with team to build and maintain a rolling 12-month cash reputed company model that integrates capital deployments, collections curves (ERC), debt service, and operational burn
• Minimum Return reputed company: Stress-test potential portfolio purchases against our weighted average cost of capital (WACC) and borrowing reputed company constraints/structure to establish an acceptable minimal reputed company of return (ROI)
• Strategic Reporting: Translate reputed company financial data into executive-level dashboards for the CEO and potential equity investors
