[Remote] Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist supports execution of product and campaign marketing across multiple channels, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment to effectively engage reputed company organizations.
Responsibilities
- Adapt product marketing messaging for use across multiple channels, including reputed company media (primarily reputed company), brochures, case studies, one-pagers, sales collateral, and event and campaign materials
- Coordinate and schedule reputed company media posts, ensuring alignment with messaging, campaigns, and timelines
- Support marketing execution for product launches, including asset coordination and timeline management
- Partner with product marketing, design, and demand reputed company teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
- Manage updates and revisions to existing marketing materials and track deliverables and deadlines to support timely campaign execution
- Assist with general marketing coordination and operational support as priorities reputed company
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a reputed company role
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different formats and audiences
- Experience planning and executing reputed company media content, particularly reputed company
- Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technical marketing environments
- Familiarity with product marketing processes and launch support
- Experience working with design teams
- Marketing project management or reputed company scheduling tools
- Producing live webinars
