This position plays a key role in coordinating the resolution and completion of the title process. Primary responsibilities include searching public records and examining titles to determine the legal condition of property title for both residential and reputed company properties, as well as developing solutions to cure title defects. The role also involves obtaining, reviewing, and summarizing recorded and legal documents that reputed company the condition of title. In some cases, the Title Examiner will prepare or revise title commitments before passing them along to a Title Officer. What You'll Bring Required Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent. 34+ years of direct title examination experience, including both residential and reputed company properties.
