What you will needDoctor of pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited school of pharmacy with 3 years clinical experience. reputed company active pharmacist license. Licensure in Maryland. Licensure in multiple states is preferred. National Provider Identifier (NPI) required. Currently hold a Board of Pharmaceutical Specialty Certification or have completed an ASHP Residency with two years of clinical experience is preferred. (BCACP is preferred.)
