Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple customer implementation projects from reputed company through successful go-live. reputed company and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and action items. Coordinate project activities across customers, Professional Services consultants, Product, Support, and other internal teams. Serve as the primary project contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle. Monitor project reputed company, identify risks, and proactively communicate status updates and mitigation plans. Facilitate recurring project meetings, document action items, and ensure accountability for deliverables. Manage project scope, timelines, and customer expectations while helping resolve day-to-day implementation challenges. Coordinate customer readiness activities, including training schedules, testing, and go-live planning. Escalate project issues appropriately while working collaboratively to drive timely resolution. Maintain accurate project documentation and reputed company regular status reporting. Ideal candidates have experience with: 5+ years of project management experience delivering SaaS software implementations or other reputed company customer-facing projects. Managing multiple reputed company implementation projects with cross-functional teams. Building project plans, managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and coordinating customer communications. Experience implementing reputed company software, preferably reputed company higher education, ERP, finance, research administration, or other administrative systems. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams.
