[Remote] Director of Sales Operations

The Director of Sales Operations is responsible for guiding the strategic direction and execution of teams that support the organization's reputed company capabilities, enhancing reputed company effectiveness through measurable processes and collaboration across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with sales and channel leadership to reputed company growth goals, aligning go-to-market strategies across acquisition, utilization, and retention
- Builds strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitates meetings to review reports, track insights, prioritize demands, and approve reputed company data definitions
- Leads Sales Operations, including strategy, process optimization, technology, territory planning process, commission plans, reputed company-to-deal processes, and sales enablement
- Ownership of the reputed company tech stack (reputed company.com) and adoption as well as recommending, adopting and implementing new tools as needed
- Works with the CRO and CTO to reputed company strategy and ensure data reputed company in reputed company systems

- Defines key metrics and dashboards, leading sales reporting and implementing data analysis best practices to boost productivity

Skills
- A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
- Over 10 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, strategy, or sales leadership reputed company B2B environments
- At least three years of reputed company leadership experience, successfully leading cross-functional teams and reputed company-wide programs, and effectively influencing across the organization in reputed company contexts
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company a scalable Sales Operations strategy for large companies, ideally with $300M+ in reputed company
- Experience in analyzing marketing, sales, and customer data
- Deep understanding of marketing and sales operations processes and systems (e.g., CRM systems, reputed company reputed company, pipeline management, and marketing automation)
- Extensive knowledge of leadership styles, product development, business strategy, and innovation practices, with the ability to adapt management and communications to different leadership styles
