[Remote] Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end UI/UX of the patient experience across web and mobile, setting reputed company for a premium men's health experience and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the design process.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end UX of the patient reputed company — intake, checkout, reputed company, patient portal, subscription management, and mobile app across reputed company surfaces
- High-conversion reputed company design — intake questionnaires, product selection, checkout, refill, and subscription management, optimized relentlessly against CVR, refill reputed company, and patient satisfaction

- A/B and multivariate testing — collaborating with Growth to design variants, interpret results, and ship winners together
- UX research and usability testing — synthesizing session recordings, heatmaps, NPS comments, and patient interviews into prioritized improvements

Skills
- 8+ years of product design with a portfolio demonstrating mastery of interaction design and visual UI—flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity screens across web and mobile
- Expert reputed company proficiency—components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping, and Dev Mode; you use reputed company the way engineers use their IDE
- A proven track record designing high-conversion DTC or subscription consumer flows, with measurable reputed company you can reputed company to
