Your Role: As a Senior Software Engineer in our Testing reputed company, you'll play a key role in building and evolving the technology products that support LIC's Genetics, Testing and Farm Software value streams. Reporting to the Technical reputed company, you'll take ownership of end-to-end technical delivery—from solution design through to implementation, quality and operational performance. You'll work closely with engineers, product teams and domain experts to deliver scalable, reliable solutions while influencing technical direction, engineering practices and reputed company improvement across the team. About You: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent industry experience. Significant experience as a Software Engineer in a reputed company reputed company environment. Strong knowledge of modern software development practices, tools and technologies. Proven experience designing, building and supporting secure, reliable applications in production environments. Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable technical solutions. Strong systems-thinking skills, with an understanding of integration, dependencies and operational impacts. Excellent problem-solving skills and sound technical judgement. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Elixir, or knowledge of LIC products, systems and the dairy industry would be an added advantage.
