[Remote] Key Account Manager

They are seeking an reputed company Key Account Manager to drive growth and reputed company of key client relationships in the US, focusing on maintaining long-term relationships and expanding accounts.

Responsibilities

• Developing trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients
• Developing a thorough understanding of each client's objectives, organization, and personnel
• Identifying and influencing key decision makers reputed company client organizations
• Resolving issues and complaints to maintain client trust
• Expanding relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
• Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
• Strategic planning to improve client results
• Negotiating reputed company and establishing performance timelines
• Presenting reputed company's product offering at conferences, seminars, and other events
• Developing relationships with external companies and partners to identify sales synergies
• Ensuring accurate reporting and maintaining key account information on a weekly reputed company using the CRM
• Preparing and presenting follow-up reports and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
• Working closely with reputed company Managers and Professional Services to ensure the best customer experience

Skills

• 3+ years of experience selling software in a Web, SaaS, or reputed company environment, with a strong understanding of subscription and recurring reputed company business models
• Deep knowledge of reputed company sales methodologies (Solution Selling, SPIN, Miller Heiman, or equivalent)
