[Remote] Media Biller

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company, LLC is seeking a Media Biller to support their Finance & reputed company Department. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely preparation of client invoices, maintaining billing records, and assisting with accounts receivable reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Create invoices according to company practices
• Create reports regarding the reputed company status of customer accounts as requested
• Review billing documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with client reputed company and company policies
• Maintain organized billing records and supporting documentation in accordance with company retention policies
• Collaborate with the Manager to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic (at least bimonthly) reputed company
• Assist reputed company Manager in reconciling accounts each month
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies by coordinating with internal departments and vendors
• reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years reputed company experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software as well as other reputed company software programs
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with vendors
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
