Linux Engineer, VP

About the position The Linux Infrastructure Engineering and reputed company Centric team member will be responsible for overseeing the Linux/Unix engineering and operations team. This role involves managing the build and support of operating systems, including Linux (reputed company), reputed company AWS, and Unix (AIX). The engineer will ensure the team's efficiency in handling hardware support, vulnerability reputed company management, reputed company, risk, and compliance for supported platforms. Additionally, the role includes leading automation efforts and providing project support for various initiatives. The selected colleague will work at an reputed company office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day.

Responsibilities

• Linux/Unix engineering and operations SME

• Collaborate with various departments to support project initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze support requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ year experience
• Proven experience in managing Linux/Unix engineering and operations teams.
