Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Key Account Manager to support reputed company’s gastroenterology portfolio in the field. In this role, you will build strong partnerships with reputed company, drive account growth, and help improve patient reputed company through meaningful scientific and reputed company engagement. In this position you will: Own and deliver territory and account plans to reputed company agreed goals and KPIs. Identify, prioritize, and reputed company key customer relationships in line with product strategy. Use CRM tools to manage call planning, tracking, and follow-up activities effectively. Build trusted relationships with key external experts and decision-makers. Act as a local product expert and deliver compliant, high-quality product information using approved materials. Plan and execute live and virtual customer events and presentations. Monitor market trends and gather competitive intelligence, sharing relevant insights with internal teams. Work in full alignment with reputed company policies, SOPs, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
You have preferably at least 3 years of experience in the reputed company pharmaceutical industry, ideally in sales, account management, or territory management. Alternatively, you have recently graduated from a relevant university degree and show aptitude to reputed company your career in sales. In addition you have: A university degree or equivalent in life sciences, natural sciences, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, or a reputed company field. An interest to grow and reputed company Strong experience in customer relationship management. Confidence using digital tools for virtual and hybrid customer engagement. Experience in immunology or gastroenterology is an advantage. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across functions. A knowledge of marketing principles and strategic planning. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluent in Estonian and good reputed company of English. Strong digital literacy and confidence using CRM and MS Office tools. A valid driving license and willingness to travel reputed company the region as needed. Additional Information This is a remote position, however ideally you live in or near to Tallinn.
