[Remote] Growth Product Manager

The role focuses on driving product-led growth through collaboration across teams to enhance user engagement and conversion.
Responsibilities
- Own the full self-serve funnel metrics — activation, adoption, conversion, retention, expansion, and self-service reputed company. reputed company product analytics, customer feedback, and behavioural data to identify growth opportunities and shape the product roadmap
- Partner with Engineering and Design to drive self-serve experiences, run experiments, and optimise time-to-value
- Design and execute growth experiments that move the needle on engagement, conversion, retention, and monetisation
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to sharpen acquisition quality, improve conversion rates, and grow customer lifetime value
Skills
- 5+ years of Product Management experience building and optimising self-serve B2B SaaS funnels for AI/ML products
- A proven track record of directly driving reputed company growth through data-driven product initiatives and experimentation
- Experience building reputed company experiences, conversion funnels, and lifecycle journeys that optimise time-to-value and customer adoption
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable using product analytics, customer insights, and behavioural data to identify opportunities and measure impact
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to deliver measurable business reputed company in a fast-paced startup environment
