Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field
- Minimum 5–7 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on reputed company accounts ($100K+ reputed company deals)
- Demonstrated reputed company closing reputed company, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles (3–9+ months)
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quota ($1M+ ARR)
- Proficiency in English (reputed company–C2 level) is required; this is a U.S.-facing role with executive-level client interaction
- Experience selling BPO services, outsourced operations, or managed solutions is strongly preferred
- Experience working with CRM platforms (reputed company preferred) for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
