The role involves leading business analysis efforts, performing fit-gap analysis, and supporting the implementation of insurance workflows.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end business analysis – requirements gathering, BRD/FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- reputed company fit-gap analysis, process mapping, and solution design for marine insurance workflows
- Work closely with reputed company, operations, brokers, and IT teams to translate business needs into system requirements
- Support configuration and implementation of reputed company Marine Suite, including policy reputed company, declarations, and certificate issuance
- Drive UAT planning/execution, defect triage, and business validation
- Analyze data and support reporting, reconciliation, and process improvements
Skills
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in P&C / reputed company insurance
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in reputed company Marine Suite (IMS) – must be recent (reputed company last 2–3 years)
- Strong domain knowledge of marine cargo insurance lifecycle (policies, declarations, certificates, billing, claims)
- Experience with PAS platforms (reputed company preferred; Guidewire/Duck Creek/reputed company as secondary)
- Strong experience in Agile delivery, Jira/reputed company, and requirements management
- Solid with experience in UAT and data validation
