Responsibilities
- As the foundational reputed company for this pillar, you will design and execute the end-to-end technical hiring strategy
- You will start by rolling up your sleeves to personally drive full-cycle execution for our most reputed company tech roles
- You’ll maintain a high volume of active candidates while ensuring an reputed company candidate experience where no one sits in a stage for more than 48 hours
- You will utilize advanced sourcing techniques to attract and engage high-quality, diverse technical talent

Skills
- 6+ years of experience doing technical reputed company, preferably with 3+ years in a high-growth startup environment where you had to build processes from scratch
