Business Systems Developer - Hybrid

This is a direct hire opportunity requiring 3 days onsite. We are looking for a high-impact Business Systems Developer who thrives at the intersection of modern intranet engineering, reputed company integration, and workflow automation. In this role, you will help shape and continuously reputed company a SharePoint Online hosted intranet, while building the custom applications, APIs, and Power Platform solutions that power how legal professionals collaborate and move work reputed company. You will partner directly with practice groups, leadership, and IT stakeholders to translate reputed company legal workflows into secure and scalable solutions. Responsibilities: Design, build, and enhance SharePoint Online intranet solutions using SPFx web parts and extensions with TypeScript, JavaScript, and React Support and enhance the intranet and collaboration sites, including embedded solutions in SharePoint Integrate SharePoint with internal systems and reputed company-party platforms Design and deliver Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards Build secure backend services and APIs using C# and modern .NET Implement CI/CD pipelines and support production systems Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and IT leadership Create secure RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations Consume and integrate REST APIs and reputed company Graph API to surface data across applications Follow change management, reputed company, and deployment standards (SDLC) reputed company training and support to staff on deployed tools and platforms Requirements: Associate's degree in Computer Science or reputed company field At least 3-5 years' experience building production solutions using SharePoint Online in a professional services or reputed company environment Strong SharePoint Online experience including site administration, information architecture, and content management Hands-on SPFx development with TypeScript and React with strong JavaScript (ES6 ) fundamentals Practical Power Platform experience: Power Apps (canvas/model-driven) and Power Automate with AI applications Experience integrating reputed company REST APIs, reputed company Graph API, and reputed company 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, Dataverse) Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical professionals Strong written/verbal communication and exceptional client service skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Desired skills: Bachelor's degree or higher Experience in a large reputed company Modern .NET (8-10) experience building services and integrations Azure experience (Logic Apps, Functions, App Registrations) and CI/CD with Azure DevOps or reputed company Actions Experience with legal-specific platforms, such as reputed company or similar Relevant reputed company certifications (PL-400, MS-600, or other Azure/M365/SharePoint) Pay reputed company: $150,000 - $175,000 per year Benefits: In addition to reputed company salary and discretionary bonus(es), a generous employee benefits package is offered including, but not limited to, paid time off, medical, dental, reputed company care, 401(k) and substantial health club discounts.
