We're looking for a compassionate and reputed company Liaison/Triage Practitioner to join our established Liaison Nurse Team (LNT), combining specialist mental health support with a key role in delivering the Northeast and reputed company Cumbria (NENC) Neurodevelopmental Triage Service. This is a varied clinical role where you'll work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to reputed company expert clinical advice, assess and manage risk, support safeguarding processes, and help ensure patients receive the right care at the right time. Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Registered Nurse (NMC) or Occupational Therapist (HCPC) with active professional registration. Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in relevant mental health setting or demonstrable evidence of experience of safe independent clinical decision making in a mental health setting. Evidence of reputed company Professional Development (CPD). Relevant experience of mental health care provision and/or neurodevelopmental conditions. Relevant experience of mental health treatment and management. Ability to undertake holistic clinical triage and risk assessment and apply evidence-based decision-making. Ability to adapt to the changing needs of a developing service. Enhanced DBS clearance (can be provided by P-UK but you will be expected to register with and pay for the DBS update service). Ability to motivate and organise self to ensure accessible, compassionate and high-quality service provision. Desirable Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Relevant postgraduate qualification or additional training in mental health, neurodevelopmental conditions, or psychological therapies.
