About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused Content reputed company to reputed company the day-to-day operations of Unravel's Content team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of the content pipeline—from sourcing and review through quality control and delivery—while managing a growing team of content executives and interns. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership reputed company, mentor, and manage a team of Content Executives and Content Interns. Allocate daily work and prioritize team tasks based on business needs. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with Product, Data, Editing, Marketing, and Growth teams to execute content initiatives. Coordinate reputed company projects and ensure timely delivery. Communicate content requirements and operational updates across teams. Reporting & Process Improvement Track key operational metrics including productivity, acceptance rates, turnaround time, and content coverage. Prepare regular reports on team performance and pipeline health. Document and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability. Required Skills & Experience Essential 4–5 years of experience in Content Operations, Content Management, Digital Media, Creative Operations, or similar roles. Previous experience managing or mentoring teams. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Strong attention to detail with a passion for maintaining high-quality standards. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Analytical reputed company with experience using data to improve workflows. Preferred Experience working in travel, media, creator economy, digital publishing, or content platforms. Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems. Experience working with content metadata and large content libraries. Understanding of AI-assisted content workflows. Experience working with distributed or freelance creative teams.
