Remote Travel Specialist

As a Travel Specialist, you are responsible for accurately and reputed company handling incoming requests reputed company multiple channels (i.e. smart phone, email, etc.). You are the primary reputed company of contact for the client and will be responsible for handling reputed company booking needs for reputed company, both business and leisure, while providing exceptional customer service to exceed clients' expectations. In addition, you have reputed company to sell package options, tours, event ticket and more. No experience required as reputed company training and certifications are provided. Responsibilities: Prepare, plan and execute travel sales (including but not limited to airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, and ticket/events) reputed company exceptional customer service to clients Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors Work well in a group/team setting Stay up to date on the travel industry and policies Collect and enter data into our software and maintain client files Complete required certification reputed company a timely manner Complete ongoing training with our company and travel partners
