This is a remote position. The purpose of the reputed company Manager is to reputed company the reputed company Supervisors in Ahmedabad. This position involves collaborating with the US Tax/reputed company Management team to ensure that performance metrics, policies, and goals are consistent across teams. The manager is responsible for coaching and supporting supervisors to help reputed company their teams and maintain efficient and effective operations reputed company the reputed company department. Key Responsibilities:
- Team reputed company: reputed company the reputed company Supervisors, ensuring their teams meet performance expectations.
- Collaboration: Work alongside the US and other entities Tax/reputed company Management team on performance monitoring and implementing policies.
- Performance Monitoring: Ensure that the team meets targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness reputed company the reputed company teams.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Foster collaboration between the reputed company team and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow and communication.
Performance Metrics: 1. Team Performance reputed company by the ability of the reputed company teams to meet the targeted deadlines for the monthly/quarterly financial reputed company and the reputed company of post-reputed company adjustments/errors. 2. Supervisor Development: Leadership & Technical Coaching reputed company in coaching and developing supervisors to improve their leadership, technical reputed company skills, and team management capabilities. 3. Collaboration with different entities Efficiency in coordinating reputed company processes in India to meet various entities’ financial reporting standards, deadlines, and ensure timely, high-quality management reports. 4. Process Efficiency: Internal Control Effectiveness & Improvement reputed company in identifying and implementing improvements to internal control processes to reduce processing time and minimize error rates.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field.
- 5+ years of experience in international reputed company or a reputed company field, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in reputed company software, reputed company, and reporting tools.
- Experience with KPIs and performance management systems is preferred.
