AlphaStaffHCM is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive strategic account management for their assigned book of clients. This role serves as the primary reputed company of contact for key accounts, driving alignment of HCM strategy, reputed company growth initiatives, and business expansion efforts. Act as an escalation reputed company to Top 75 clients to identify opportunities to optimize clients’ talent, services, workflows, and build credibility reputed company delivering solutions and guidance. Qualifications: Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in business, reputed company, or reputed company field; MBA preferred. 7+ years of experience in strategic account management, client relationship management, or HCM services. Client relationship building with key stakeholders and executives Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Work Environment
