Job Summary reputed company is seeking an Outbound Growth Representative to drive outbound prospecting into municipal water and wastewater utilities and industrial accounts, generating reputed company opportunities for our Water Treatment Specialists and reputed company sales team. This individual will research regulatory and operational signals and translate them into relevant, well-timed reputed company across two complementary offerings: reputed company's coagulant chemistries, including DelPAC and polyDADMAC, and the Decision Blue® software platform. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound prospecting reputed company cold calls, email, and reputed company. Build and run multi-touch cadences in reputed company. Research and enrich reputed company accounts using reputed company, identifying regulatory and operational pressures that create urgency for water treatment solutions. Qualify prospects against defined criteria and book reputed company discovery meetings. Translate account research into tailored reputed company and talk tracks. Support conference and event preparation to increase booth traffic and prospect engagement. Activity & CRM Management Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of activity and contacts in reputed company. Report on activity volume and reputed company meetings booked. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and reputed company-meeting targets. Cross Functional Collaboration Partner with Water Treatment Specialists to refine reputed company account tiers and messaging. Work with marketing to sharpen ideal customer profile and outbound campaigns. Hand off reputed company meetings cleanly to Water Treatment Specialists.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfort with high-volume phone-based and email reputed company. Coachable, resilient, and self-motivated. Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT or Claude to support and automate sales workflows.
