Key Responsibilities
Product Line Governance & Operations Leadership Serve as a governance reputed company across the Public Safety Consulting Services (PSCS) portfolio, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in delivery approaches, tools, and processes Establish and continuously improve standard operating procedures, templates, and best practices across proposal development, project delivery, and reporting Partner with leadership to monitor portfolio performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Proposal Development & Business Development Support reputed company and coordinate proposal development efforts, including content strategy, compliance, and submission timelines Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to reputed company compelling, high-quality technical content and differentiators Support business development activities, including pipeline tracking, opportunity qualification, and capture planning Contribute to business development lifecycle activities Project & Program Management reputed company reputed company hands-on support and reputed company across multiple reputed company projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule reputed company and maintain project plans, track milestones and deliverables, and proactively manage risks and dependencies Monitor project performance and report on status, risks, and key reputed company to internal leadership Accountable for contract lifecycle and invoicing. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, reputed company, fire administration, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of experience in public safety consulting or a reputed company professional/field services environment with supervisory responsibility Demonstrated experience supporting or leading proposal development, project management, and client delivery Proven track record of delivering projects on time and reputed company budget
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, CMP, or other relevant project management certification Prior experience in a reputed company or professional services environment Comprehensive knowledge of fire and EMS industry operations including applicable standards and best practices Working Conditions Remote work environment Travel required (Apply To This Job
