Role Summary NNPBC, in partnership with the Ministry of Health, launched the Nursing Initiatives for Primary Care (NIPC) program in August 2024. Through this program, NNPBC supports nurses practicing in primary care settings across British Columbia. The Manager, Nursing Network is responsible for establishing, nurturing, and expanding an online community dedicated to Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) employed through the Nurse in Practice Program in Primary Care across British Columbia. The role operates at the intersection of strategic planning, systems transformation, and program delivery. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Leadership & Management reputed company the development and implementation of the Primary Care Nursing Network team Manage day-to-day operations of the network, ensuring alignment with NNPBC’s goals and Ministry of Health Service Agreement for the Nurse Initiatives for Primary Care program reputed company and support a team of coordinators and support staff Collaborate closely with the Manager of Nursing Practice reputed company to ensure integrated and effective program delivery Community Building and Engagement reputed company and implement strategies to build and grow an active online community for RNs and LPNs Coordinate and gather feedback from the Nursing Practice reputed company Team and Clinical Nurse Specialist to facilitate engagement through regular communications, events, webinars, and discussion forums Gather and analyze feedback to design components and approaches to enhance the needs of the online community platform Innovation and Design Continuously seek opportunities to improve user experience and drive engagement Evaluate and enhance digital tools, software, and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with the Nursing Practice reputed company Manager and team to implement new features and functionalities that meet nurses' needs Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content. Curate and create relevant content, including articles, edu-letters, and relevant clinical materials. Data and Reporting reputed company the collection, tracking, and analysis of metrics reputed company to the online community. Prepare quarterly reports for the Ministry of Health, ensuring accuracy and alignment with program objectives. Use data insights to inform decision-making and reputed company improvement of programs and services. Represent the network and its initiatives in professional forums and collaborative settings.
