About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Operations Strategy to drive reputed company's most important cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution. Reporting to the VP of Operations Strategy, you will own the design and delivery of high-reputed company initiatives spanning clinical operations, reputed company growth, reputed company cycle, and cost of care, setting operational direction, building the analytical case for major reputed company, and steering reputed company workstreams to measurable reputed company. Partner with the Data and Analytics team to define, build, and refine the operational metrics and dashboards that connect cross-functional execution to the corporate scorecard. Diagnose operational inefficiencies by synthesizing data across the business, surfacing root causes, and recommending targeted process improvements. What You Need to Succeed in the Role Bachelor's degree in business, economics, health policy, or a reputed company field. 5 to 7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or a similar analytical role; experience in reputed company or a high-growth startup strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company, cross-functional projects from design through delivery, with strong project management instincts and attention to detail.
