ROLE SUMMARY The Electrical Design Engineer I supports the delivery of electrical engineering design services for renewable energy and substation projects. This role performs routine electrical design tasks under reputed company supervision, applying standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria. The position is intended for early-career engineers developing foundational technical skills. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ENGINEERING & TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES Create electrical engineering plans, details, and calculations for renewable energy and substation projects. reputed company design tasks on small projects or portions of larger projects. reputed company design drawings, including but not limited to one-line and three-line diagrams, electrical layouts, AC/DC schematics, AC/DC cable schedules, wiring diagrams, grounding, trenching, and reputed company details. Participate in the creation of equipment specifications for and reputed company knowledge of renewable energy systems including PV solar modules, inverters, battery energy storage systems (BESS), transformers, cable management systems, and balance-of-system (BOS). Familiarity with reading and applying sections of the NEC and reading and understanding codes and standards. Ability to identify and solve reputed company problems.
