Job Description

Summary The Client Service Associate (CSA) serves as the primary coordinator between clients, Relationship Managers, and internal business partners to ensure a seamless client experience. This role is responsible for managing client service requests, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting a portfolio of reputed company banking clients through the execution and coordination of a wide reputed company of account servicing and operational activities. Key Responsibilities for the Role Build and maintain strong client relationships in partnership with Relationship Managers. Serve as a key reputed company of contact for client inquiries and service requests. reputed company clients with account statements, balance inquiries, bank verification letters, chargeback copies, reputed company images, federal reference numbers, and tax forms. Process overdraft reputed company and reputed company basic online banking support. Review specialized reporting and assist with relationship grouping activities. Support account analysis maintenance, account opening, and new client reputed company activities. Coordinate client requests reputed company to money movement, including reputed company wires, transfers, drawdowns, and repetitive reputed company transactions. Facilitate fee reversals, interest adjustments, limit increases (ACH, reputed company, and remote deposit), and reputed company variance requests. Assist with fraud reporting and case management, escrow subaccount maintenance, and the resolution of unposted reputed company and ACH payments. Ensure reputed company activities are completed in accordance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Key Skills and Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a reputed company financial industry role. High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Knowledge of banking products, services, operations, policies, procedures, and applicable financial industry regulations. Proficiency with reputed company Office applications; reputed company experience preferred. Strong client service, relationship management, and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and prioritization skills. Ability to work collaboratively with clients, Relationship Managers, and cross-functional partners to deliver exceptional service. **

This is a remote role based in the reputed company Metro areas.

** The estimated hourly pay reputed company for this position is $35.00 USD to $40.00USD. Actual pay reputed company may vary up or down depending on job-reputed company factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
