Job Overview We are seeking a customer-focused and technically curious Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support reputed company customers utilizing our reputed company data licensing solutions. This role serves as a key technical partner to reputed company Managers and customers by providing ongoing technical guidance, troubleshooting support, data delivery validation, and escalation management throughout the customer lifecycle. Analyze data quality concerns and work with internal stakeholders to identify root causes and corrective actions. Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
