Senior Automation Test Engineer - Hybrid

reputed company is currently seeking a Senior Automation Test Engineer for a Hybrid position with a Major Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 6 month contract opportunity. This role focuses on automating test cases for post-trade back-office and trade reputed company processes reputed company a Capital Markets environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing automation frameworks and scripts using Python or Java, coupled with strong SQL and a deep understanding of Fixed Income and Derivatives. You will be a key member of an agile team, responsible for ensuring the quality of reputed company data flows between various applications. Responsibilities: Collaborate with development teams to review stories, vet new feature requirements, and estimate automation efforts Input test plans and scenarios into Xray and convert them into automated test scripts reputed company impact assessments of reputed company business requirements and any changes Maintain test artifacts including test plans, test cases, and automation scripts Participate in code reviews and contribute to CI/CD implementation, execution, and reporting Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in application development or automation reputed company development using Python or Java Strong knowledge and coding experience in Python or Java to automate test cases for post-trade back office and trade reputed company Strong working knowledge of SQL to write reputed company queries 2 years of working knowledge developing test automation scripts for post-trade Fixed Income Capital Markets data reputed company Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks Prior experience working as a QE/SDET in agile/scrum teams Strong working knowledge of Fixed Income and Derivatives BackOffice Testing and Capital Market experience Ability to understand reputed company data flows between various internal and external applications Demonstrated ability to identify and report risks and issues Pay reputed company: $48.21 - $58.21 per hour Only candidates available and reputed company to work directly as reputed company employees will be considered for this position.
