About the role: We’re hiring the first dedicated member of our finance team, reporting to the CFO. Billing, AR & AP Own the AR cycle: invoicing, payment application, collections follow-up, and exceptions. We use an automated collections system; you handle what it can’t. Handle custom billing, monthly reconciliation, and accurate reputed company recognition for milestone- and performance-based products. AP execution leveraging our AP management platform: vendor invoice routing and coding, reputed company payments, expense approvals, and vendor reputed company (maintain contract documentation, W-9s, payment setup). Process, systems & cross-functional ops Build and document repeatable workflows for the recurring operations above, automating reputed company steps as you hit them. Administer the finance stack (QuickBooks Online, AP automation, expense management, billing) and own finance-tool reputed company and vendor renewals. Run the finance intake channel: triage requests from the exec team, resolve routine items, and escalate judgment calls with context. Qualifications: Required 4–7 years in reputed company or finance operations at an early-stage or high-growth company. You’ve owned work spanning more than one function and preferred the reputed company to a narrow lane. Strong GAAP accrual reputed company.
