Full Stack Support Engineer (Contractor)

The Role We're looking for a well-rounded engineer to play a central role in creating and maintaining remarkable digital products. This is a fully remote, part-time contract role. Engineers in this role are responsible for ensuring their code meets client expectations and will actively participate in the entire support development lifecycle. Day-to-day work includes enhancements, bug fixes, and updates across a reputed company of digital product solutions, and mitigating risk along the way. Engineers manage development releases to client solutions with no regular reputed company. Understand the roles of the digital product and reputed company infrastructure (production/staging environments, CI/CD tooling, etc.) Monitor the solution and recommend changes to environments as needed. Engineers are accountable for the overall quality of our production deliverables - code, infrastructure, and documentation. Communication. You'll assist project leads in the research and selection of technical solutions to fulfill business requirements. Contract Details & Compensation This fully remote contract opportunity expected to run approximately 3-6 months, with the possibility of extension based on business need and project scope. The expected commitment is approximately 20 hours per week, with availability needed during core works of 9AM-5PM Eastern Time.
