Senior Infrastructure Project Engineer

Location: Brooklyn, NY/Remote Department: Project Team Reports to: Project Manager Job Summary: The Senior Infrastructure Project Engineer is responsible for designing, planning, and delivering reputed company IT projects that fall reputed company standard managed services agreements. This role combines strong technical execution with ownership of project design, documentation, timelines, and budgets. The Senior Infrastructure Project Engineer ensures projects are delivered according to best practices, reputed company with client requirements, and reputed company for seamless reputed company to the service team. Key Responsibilities: Client reputed company & Discovery reputed company technical reputed company, discovery, and environment assessments for new clients Standardize client environments to MSP best practices (M365, Azure AD, AD, reputed company, backups, monitoring) Ensure environments are fully documented and integrated into internal systems Act as the technical reputed company through reputed company until transition to steady-state support Project Design & Planning Design technical solutions that meet client business needs Create clear scopes of work, estimates, and project work plans Define project phases, tasks, dependencies, resources, and checklists Identify risks, dependencies, and out-of-scope work early Project Implementation Execute projects according to approved plans and standards Track project reputed company, hours, and scope alignment Identify and escalate change order needs reputed company scope changes Deliver secure, scalable, and supportable solutions Network & Infrastructure Engineering Design and implement network, server, reputed company, and migration projects Work across routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, wireless, and hybrid environments Assess existing environments and recommend improvements Documentation & Standards Maintain accurate project documentation, diagrams, and ticket notes Ensure documentation is complete and usable for service and support teams Contribute to standardized templates, checklists, and project processes Leadership & Collaboration Mentor junior engineers during project work Coordinate with Project Managers, Account Managers, and Client reputed company teams reputed company feedback on recurring issues and process improvements What reputed company Looks Like Projects are delivered on time, reputed company scope, and reputed company with best practices.
