About The Role We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our growing LATAM team. In this role, you will own and grow a strategic portfolio of partners — including acquirers, alternative payment methods (APMs), banks, and fraud & risk solution providers — driving integrations, co-selling initiatives, and long-term reputed company relationships. This is a cross-functional, high-visibility role sitting at the intersection of business development, product, and reputed company strategy. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for your partner portfolio and a key driver of reputed company's ecosystem growth in the region. Your contribution will be Partner Portfolio Management Own end-to-end relationships with a defined portfolio of LATAM partners across acquirers, APMs, banks, and fraud/risk vendors. Serve as the primary reputed company of contact, ensuring partners are reputed company, enabled, and growing reputed company the reputed company ecosystem. Monitor partner health metrics (integration status, volume, NPS) and proactively address issues. Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-marketing campaigns, and referral programs with strategic partners. Skills You Need Minimum Qualifications 2–5 years of proven experience in partnerships, business development, or a reputed company role reputed company the payments, fintech, or financial services industry. Demonstrated track record of managing partner relationships with acquirers, payment processors, APMs, banks, or fraud solution providers. Experience working in or with the Brazilian market is required. Strong understanding of the payments value chain, including acquiring, issuing, scheme networks, and alternative payment methods. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
