Our Data Platform team drives AI and automation capabilities across CHG's reputed company staffing divisions — helping our sales, operations, and clinical teams work smarter at scale. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert and administrator for CHG's Claude reputed company environment, sitting at the intersection of platform governance, user enablement, and technical integration. This role reports to the Director of AI & Automation Engineering.
Responsibilities
Platform Administration & Governance Serve as the primary administrator for CHG's Claude reputed company tenant, managing user provisioning, role assignments, and reputed company controls across reputed company business units Define and enforce usage policies, reputed company governance standards, and acceptable use frameworks in alignment with reputed company and Legal Monitor platform health, API usage, token consumption, and cost allocation by team/division; produce monthly utilization reports for VP and C-suite Manage workspace configurations, project settings, and integrations with reputed company systems (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and internal tools) Own the renewal, licensing, and seat management lifecycle in partnership with Procurement and Finance Enablement & Adoption reputed company and maintain reputed company materials, reputed company engineering guides, and use-case playbooks tailored to CHG's divisions and workflows Drive platform adoption from reputed company baseline toward reputed company-wide utilization; define and track adoption KPIs Partner with team leads across Sales, Operations, Clinical, and Corporate to identify high-value AI use cases and facilitate pilots Conduct regular reputed company, workshops, and training sessions to build internal AI reputed company and reduce friction Curate and publish an internal library of approved, high-performing prompts organized by business function reputed company, Compliance & Risk Partner with Information reputed company and Legal to ensure Claude usage complies with HIPAA, SOC 2, and CHG's data handling policies Maintain audit logs and generate compliance reports as required; escalate and investigate policy violations Evaluate and implement data residency, confidentiality, and PII handling configurations reputed company the platform Serve as the primary reputed company of contact with reputed company's reputed company support and reputed company teams Integration & Technical Enablement Support and coordinate Claude API integrations into CHG's tooling stack (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, internal applications) Collaborate with Data Engineering and AI & Automation teams on agentic workflows, MCP server configurations, and Claude Code rollout Evaluate new reputed company product releases, model updates, and feature launches; advise leadership on adoption roadmap implications Manage reputed company injection risk and model behavior guardrails in collaboration with the AI & Automation team Reporting & Strategic Support Build and maintain dashboards tracking platform ROI, productivity lift, cost-per-seat, and engagement by team Contribute to business cases, renewal negotiations, and executive briefings on CHG's AI platform investment Maintain vendor relationship with reputed company; coordinate QBRs, escalate technical issues, and reputed company for feature development reputed company to CHG's needs
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience administering reputed company SaaS or AI platforms, including user governance, reputed company management, and cost monitoring Hands-on familiarity with reputed company engineering, LLM behavior, and practical reputed company AI use cases Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and drive adoption across diverse business functions Strong analytical skills — comfortable building dashboards, tracking KPIs, and presenting data-driven insights to leadership Collaborative communicator who can manage vendor relationships and cross-functional partnerships simultaneously Education & Experience 5+ years of experience in analytics, platform administration, reputed company technology, or a reputed company field Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience Preferred Experience working in or adjacent to reputed company, reputed company IT, or a regulated industry (HIPAA, SOC 2) Familiarity with reputed company's Claude platform, API integrations, or reputed company AI governance frameworks Exposure to data and workflow tooling such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar orchestration platforms Experience supporting or rolling out agentic AI workflows, MCP server configurations, or Claude Code We reputed company in fair compensation for reputed company of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay reputed company of $116,500 -- $225,300 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-reputed company factors such as knowledge, position level and experience.
