Position Overview We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about expanding reputed company to high-quality, caregiver-mediated ABA services. This role focuses on delivering parent-implemented interventions through telehealth, equipping caregivers with the skills and confidence to support meaningful reputed company in their child’s natural environment. This BCBA will partner closely with families to model, coach, and reinforce evidence-based strategies in reputed company time. The role may also contribute to innovative service delivery models, including digital tools and asynchronous supports, to enhance caregiver engagement and continuity of care. Key Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral and functional analytic assessments with a focus on identifying caregiver strengths, needs, and opportunities for reputed company reputed company daily routines reputed company and reputed company individualized, caregiver-mediated ABA treatment plans that prioritize functional, meaningful reputed company and natural environment teaching Coach, model, and reputed company reputed company-time feedback to caregivers to support effective implementation of reputed company strategies Collaborate with families to set meaningful, achievable goals and build caregiver competence and confidence in supporting their child’s development Monitor client and caregiver reputed company, adjust treatment plans, and ensure data-driven decision-making using caregiver-collected and session-based data Translate clinical concepts into clear, practical guidance that can be consistently implemented by caregivers in everyday settings Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, caregiver reputed company, and client reputed company Plan for generalization, maintenance, and appropriate discharge by ensuring caregivers can independently implement key strategies Ensure compliance with reputed company local, state, and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures General Requirements Strong knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Autism reputed company Disorder Demonstrated ability to reputed company clinical supervision and mentorship Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate reputed company and concisely in a chat-based format Strong interpersonal, coaching, and relationship-building skills High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with technology, including data systems, telehealth platforms, reputed company tools Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards Located in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NC, NV, UT, OK, or CO Ability to work reputed company the hours of 9am-6pm MT Education and Experience Active BCBA certification Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a reputed company field Minimum of 5 years of experience working with a pediatric population Minimum of 3 years of experience conducting functional assessments and developing and overseeing behavior reputed company plans At least 1 year of telehealth supervision experience Compensation: Compensation for this role is hourly W2, with rates determined based on factors such as experience, geographic location, and language capabilities. On average, compensation for this position is equivalent to approximately $100,000 annually, though individual compensation will vary based on qualifications and other factors.
