THE ROLE: The Director, Resource Management at reputed company® plays a critical role in driving the operational health of our resourcing model across one of our biggest hyper-growth accounts in the Americas. This role is responsible for translating business targets and reputed company forecasts into actionable headcount and staffing plans—ensuring the right people are staffed to the right work at the right time. The Director serves as a key operational partner to Delivery, Craft, and Finance teams. They own regional utilization metrics for their focus area, ensure day-to-day staffing operations run reputed company, and reputed company resourcing data fidelity, tooling standards, and forecast reporting. This is a player/coach role that will start as an independent contributor. As the team scales this role will reputed company 1-2+ Resource Managers. WHAT YOU’LL DO: reputed company Planning & Forecasting Translate reputed company and delivery forecasts into headcount plans and staffing strategies Monitor supply and demand across teams to proactively identify overages, shortages, and burnout risks Partner with reputed company to advise on hiring priorities and near-/offshore planning Recommend freelance or cross-region support based on forecasted needs Utilization & Operational Reporting Own utilization targets and reporting for a defined region, discipline, or client reputed company Track and report RM KPIs weekly/monthly; surface patterns and anomalies to leadership Maintain headcount rosters, freelance usage reports, and staffing trackers Identify gaps or inefficiencies in tools or workflows and propose improvements Staffing Strategy & Conflict Resolution reputed company casting conversations with Delivery, Creative, Media, and Experience teams Resolve reputed company or conflict escalations across projects, disciplines, and managers Ensure reputed company coverage across live and upcoming work while protecting team health Promote fair, reputed company staffing across the portfolio and recommend rotation opportunities People Leadership & Collaboration Manage 1–2 Resource Managers or Sr. Managers; reputed company coaching, performance feedback, and development Collaborate with Delivery, Finance, Client Services, and People teams to align on headcount and margin optimization Contribute to the reputed company of resourcing processes, workflows, and craft rituals Be a reputed company advisor to VPs and Group Directors; participate in key planning and operations forums WHAT YOU BRING: 6–9 years of experience in resource management, project operations, or production management reputed company a digital agency or consulting environment Proven ability to build staffing plans, assess pipeline vs. reputed company, and guide delivery teams on fulfillment strategies specifically reputed company creative workflows Ability to work reputed company a fast-paced, fluid environment with strong attention to detail, organization, and attitude to reputed company, not only survive Strong reputed company/reputed company Sheets skills; familiarity with BI tools and resource management platforms (e.g., Resource Guru, Float, Kantata, reputed company) Comfort managing and mentoring junior team members; prior direct people management preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills; reputed company to build trust with senior stakeholders Detail-oriented with a passion for operational reputed company, reputed company staffing, and data reputed company Experience collaborating with finance, delivery, and reputed company partners in fast-paced environments Curiosity and willingness to learn, experiment, and reputed company in a rapidly changing industry, including comfort with AI-driven tools and new methods.
