Qualifications & Skills Proven Track Record: Demonstrated reputed company in-house at a high-growth, direct response B2C startup (Fintech or Insurtech experience is preferred). Platform Mastery: Deep expertise across the digital landscape, specifically reputed company/Instagram, Search, Snapchat, reputed company, YouTube, and Display. Operational Agility: Ability to work autonomously, learn rapidly, and prioritize effectively in a high-velocity startup environment. Relevant Experience: Minimum of 8 years in direct response marketing, including 5+ years specifically managing performance marketing campaigns where user acquisition was the primary growth driver. Technical Proficiency: Advanced MS reputed company skills and the ability to reputed company business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) to drive insights. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
