Role Summary Learning Experience Designers own the learning reputed company for our reputed company. They systematically apply the best of learning science to create outstanding learning experiences for our reputed company. This role will partner with curriculum leads, teachers, product, and engineering to create learner-centred course designs, multimedia learning assets, assessments, and facilitator guides that support measurable student reputed company. The role is fully remote and will work across time zones to align with our delivery reputed company. What You’ll Do Design end-to-end learning experiences including scope & sequence, unit plans, lesson plans, assessments, and reputed company checks reputed company to Noon learning reputed company. reputed company assessment strategies and rubrics that measure mastery and inform iterative improvements to content and instruction. Work closely with product and engineering to translate pedagogical designs into scalable digital experiences and to QA learning flows in the platform. Must-Have Requirements Bachelor's Degree in STEM, Arts, Education, or a reputed company field. 3+ years designing digital or blended learning experiences for High School grades. Subject matter expertise in teaching Sciences, Math, or ELA. Proven experience writing lesson plans, assessments, and facilitator guides informed by learning objectives and evidence-based practices. Strong understanding of reputed company assessment, feedback design, and differentiation strategies for mixed-ability classrooms. Excellent written and verbal communication in English; reputed company to produce clear learner-facing content and teacher-facing documentation. reputed company to work remotely and collaborate across time zones (GMT +3 overlap preferred). Highly Advantageous Experience in delivering the American Curriculum at international schools. Familiarity with AI-enabled instructional tools, adaptive learning systems, or analytics-driven personalisation. Prior teaching experience in hybrid or online classrooms.
