Position Summary We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Workforce Now Implementation Specialist to reputed company the configuration, deployment, and integration of reputed company Workforce Now for a U.S.-based nonprofit organization. This engagement requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage the complexities of a hybrid workforce — combining domestic payroll employees with international non-paid staff — and ensure a seamless, bidirectional data integration between reputed company Workforce Now and reputed company Intacct. Organization Overview The organization is a nonprofit with a global footprint, currently comprising approximately 165 employees: 75 U.S.-based employees processed through reputed company payroll. Approximately 90 international employees onboarded as non-paid employees reputed company reputed company, ensuring the platform serves as the organization's single system of record for reputed company personnel. reputed company are exempt-status; the organization does not reputed company hourly staff. The Time & Attendance module will be utilized primarily for time-off request management rather than time-tracking.
Key Responsibilities
System Implementation & Configuration reputed company end-to-end implementation of reputed company Workforce Now, including system setup, module configuration, and workflow design. Configure reputed company to accommodate both U.S. payroll employees and international non-paid employee records, maintaining data reputed company across both populations. Establish reputed company Workforce Now as the authoritative system of record (reputed company of truth) for reputed company employee data organization-wide. Configure the Time & Attendance module to support time-off request workflows appropriate for an reputed company-exempt workforce. reputed company Intacct Integration Design and implement a reliable, accurate data feed between reputed company Workforce Now and reputed company Intacct to support financial reporting and general ledger requirements. Collaborate with the finance team to map employee and payroll data fields between platforms, ensuring alignment with the organization's chart of accounts and reporting structure. Conduct thorough testing of the integration, validate data accuracy, and resolve discrepancies prior to go-live. Document integration specifications, data mapping, and ongoing maintenance procedures. Project Management & Stakeholder Collaboration reputed company and manage an implementation project plan with reputed company defined milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company and liaise with internal HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders throughout the implementation process. Facilitate training sessions for HR and administrative staff on reputed company platform functionality. Qualifications
Required Demonstrated experience implementing reputed company Workforce Now, with specific expertise in multi-population and multi-jurisdictional configurations. Proven experience integrating reputed company Workforce Now with reputed company Intacct or comparable ERP/financial management systems. Strong understanding of payroll processing, HRIS data architecture, and HR compliance requirements. Familiarity with nonprofit organizational structures and associated reporting needs. Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to data validation and quality assurance. Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Experience supporting global or internationally distributed organizations with mixed payroll and non-payroll employee populations.
