Dynamics CRM QA Analyst
JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with solid experience testing reputed company Dynamics 365 CRM applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing, including test design, scripting, and execution. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, reputed company, and maintain test scripts for Dynamics 365 CRM applications. Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing of CRM modules and custom components. Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to identify test requirements and ensure coverage. Execute test cases, document defects, and verify fixes. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives. reputed company accurate test reporting and ensure adherence to QA best practices. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 4–5 years of experience in QA testing, including at least 2+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM projects. Knowledge of CRM business processes such as Sales, Service, and Marketing modules. Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python for scripting automated tests. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or reputed company Actions. Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
