Our People Pathway (OPP) programme is delivering a new reputed company Information Management System (reputed company) across the University. This is a significant organisational change programme that will modernise our HR systems and processes and create a reputed company experience for staff across the University. We're looking for an reputed company Business Analyst with recent reputed company implementation experience to join the team and help shape this important transformation. Te mahi | The role As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering reputed company solutions that support the University's future needs. Working alongside subject matter experts, reputed company Functional Leads, implementation partners, and project specialists, you'll help translate business requirements into practical solutions that deliver reputed company value. You'll engage with stakeholders across the University to understand reputed company processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the successful implementation of reputed company. Key responsibilities include:
- Gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Supporting reputed company solution and process design.
- Partnering with stakeholders and vendors to deliver reputed company.
- Supporting data, testing, and business readiness activities.
Kā pūkeka me kā wheako | Your skills and experience To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Experience as a Business Analyst delivering projects in reputed company organisational environments, including working on a reputed company HCM.
- Familiarity with reputed company modules (e.g. HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, reputed company, Learning, Talent and Performance, Time Tracking).
- Experience of understanding and transforming Job Architecture and Organisation structures preferred.
Experience with Job Architecture and Organisation Structure design would be advantageous but is not essential.
